Record elapsed time, staff hours, review time, corrections and missed scope for the historic baseline and the pilot. The website calculator offers 1%, 3% and 5% tendering-cost scenarios and 10%, 20% and one-third capacity-release scenarios. The 5% option is a high scenario. Replace every assumption with the company's measured data before making an investment decision.
